We deliver proven, results-driven treatments while also focusing on relaxation and reducing the stressors of life. Dianne is a full body wax expert and acne-certified skincare specialist. CANCELLATION POLICY
Advanced Skin & Body Spa has a 50% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you change or delete services within the 24 hour window, you are responsible for 50% of that lost service. We understand that life is busy and things happen, so we provide 72 hour and 24 hour reminders. All no-shows and cancellations within the 24 hour window will be charged. Late grace period is 5 minutes on 30 minute appointments and 10 minutes on all longer appointments. No grace period on brow waxes or anything 15 minutes or less. You can always communicate with us via text, phone, email, FB Messenger, carrier pigeon, etc.
